Todd Fitzwater Founder/Principal
Todd has more than 29 years of business application solution strategy and planning experience in the areas of sales, marketing, support, customer service and engineering. Todd previously served as vice president of services at Encover, a market leader in helping manufacturers and their channel partners manage, market and sell service contracts. Before that, he helped to found and lead several entrepreneurial ventures, including The QuickSilver Group, Zamba Solutions, Plexus Technologies and Movana. He also held a variety of positions at Apple Computer, Canteen Corporation and Professional Computer Resources. Todd has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Illinois with a "mini" MBA from Stanford University and AMA. |

Alan Arvin Founder/Principal
Alan has more than 27 years of experience implementing business applications that improve operational efficiencies, competitive advantage and functional capabilities in sales, marketing, support, finance, customer service and manufacturing. Alan was previously involved as a management consultant providing expertise to help global high technology firms improve operational efficiency and gain competitive advantage. Before that, he held senior management positions at The Trilliance Group, which he founded and managed, in addition to Trimble Navigation and Sun Microsystems. Alan has Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Physics from the University of Kentucky.

Susan Filyau Optimize Practice Manager
Susan has over 25 years of business application management and consulting experience working with both ERP and Customer Relationship Management systems. Susan’s focus has been implementing and supporting Inventory Management, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Manufacturing, Financial Reporting systems and CRM solutions centered on service and sales business process design, application implementation and ERP integration. As Optimize Practice Manager Susan is responsible for the development of Optimize delivery processes and the management of post live Optimize activities. |

Venkat Sankaran Technology Practice Manager
Venkat has over 20 years of technology experience integrating, converting and developing solutions in the ERP and CRM areas including Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Clarify and Siebel. His technical skills include the mastery of Java, Web Services, XML and the various scripting, integration and extension solutions across multiple application environments. Over the course of his career Venkat has shown himself to be a master at adopting and quickly exploiting new technologies and keeping himself on the leading edge of technology innovation. As Technology Practice Manager Venkat is responsible for the management of all technical development activities and the technology thought leadership of the company.

Clayton has more than 20 years of experience implementing solutions for marketing, sales, partner channels and customer service. Clayton held a Senior Manager role at Acumen Solutions where he was responsible for all Western United States CRM strategic accounts including companies like eBay, Wells Fargo, and Charles Schwab. At Agency.com, Clayton held an Executive role focusing on delivering Web and Mobile solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Clayton also held Executive roles at Uniteq and Sterling Software focusing on solutions for Fortune 500 companies. |

Jason Dennis – NetSuite Practice Manager
Jason has more than 16 years of experience implementing business applications ranging from CRM and ERP, to Enterprise Planning and Business Intelligence solutions. Jason comes to DSG from The Walt Disney Co, where he held an executive position in Enterprise Finance Processes overseeing the multi-million dollar enterprise-wide budget and forecast consolidation systems implementation. Prior to Walt Disney, Jason held professional services leadership positions at Great Plains (now part of Microsoft Business Solutions) and Ineum Consulting, where he led over 30 successful mid-market and Fortune 500 Enterprise Planning implementations. Jason has a B.S. in Economics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. |
