DSG Powered Rules Engine
DSG's NetSuite customers consistently ask for work flow functionality that will allow the specification
of rule based logic to drive the creation of emails, tasks and updates to objects. NetSuite has basic
notification functionality that works with CRM or with the transition of major order states. The DSG
Powered Rules Engine works with all objects in NetSuite and will allow the specification of rules to
evaluate the update of any object along with its associated attributes to drive the creation of emails,
activities and updates. The rules engine will drive multiple creation/updates and will evaluate criteria
across multiple objects.

DSG Powered Event Tracker
Many of DSG's customers want to track planned transaction activities in the NetSuite calendar. Examples of this might be when a purchase receipt is to be received on the dock, when a fulfillment is to be shipped from the dock or when a work order is scheduled to be built.
The DSG Powered solution allows you to specify, on the associated object (sales order, purchase order, work order), a date and a time range when these transactions are planned to take place and then be reflected in the NetSuite calendar. This allows a review of the NetSuite calendar to see when transactions are to be processed and plan/prepare appropriately.

DSG Powered Lead Data
Many CRM implementations are derailed or seriously devalued by the existence of duplicate customer records and the user frustrations, typically manifested as lack of adoption, that arise from this problem. Although many solutions have been created to trap duplicates as leads are input via the web, these solutions typically do not deal with the data being imported via CSV loads and API integrations or through data entry directly into Salesforce or NetSuite. Additionally, these solutions do not deal with the duplicate detection and removal in new as well as existing data.
To address this need holistically, DSG has created a solution that works with import, integration and direct data input scenarios and, very importantly, will not only trap new duplicates but will also go into the Salesforce or NetSuite database and identify and fix existing duplicates.

DSG Powered Attachment Capture
Salesforce.com does a great job of integrating with your existing email server. Emails are captured in Salesforece.com for reference and review as needed. Salesforce.com however is currently not able to associate and keep the attachment with its corresponding email. The attachments are captured and logged generally against either a contact, account, case, opportunity, lead, etc. DSG has developed a solution that ensures that the attachment is associated to the email so that when an email is reviewed within the application you can click directly into the attachment.

DSG Powered Connections
Most On Demand solutions have some built-in API's for integration with other On Demand or On Premise
solutions. However, these capabilities typically do not allow customers to write integration processes
that run on their platforms. This forces customers who need tight integration to use either on premise
solutions or to contract with an On Demand integration vendor to host and support these processes.
Recognizing this problem, DSG has created DSG Powered Connections, a DSG hosted and managed
On Demand environment, where these integration processes can be run, managed and supported as
part of an overall subscription based agreement with DSG. This provides one, trusted, business partner
with end-to-end responsibility for the applications and integration processes thereby eliminating the
finger-pointing that typically goes on between various vendors when an integration process breaks.

DSG Powered NetSuite Dictionary
Many of DSG's NetSuite customers want to know more about the architecture of the NetSuite solution
and its data dictionary in order, for example, to develop their own integration or reporting projects.
DSG used sophisticated tools and best-practices to map and document NetSuite's data dictionary in
the form of an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Our consultants use this tool on many of our
NetSuite projects and will share this tool with those of our customers who will benefit from this level
of access and insight into the NetSuite product. DSG can provide this solution to other interested
NetSuite licensed customers.
