Once your solution is deployed, we will stay with you to modify the solution and support

when needed, and tuning the application to stay in step with changing business
requirements. We will ensure that all changes align with your strategic direction
and are adjusted as needed.

• Business Support—your users can call on DSG for phone, email, and Web-based support.
With detailed knowledge of your business and specific on-demand solution, we are well
prepared to answer their application, process, or workflow questions—whether they
are directly or indirectly related to the software. And in the event of an issue with the
software, we intercede on your behalf with the vendor.
