  • Discovery – provides the foundation for a rapid, successful deployment and the creation of long-term business value. Through one-on-one interviews and in workshops with key stakeholders we develop a clear understanding of your business goals and, once we understand these, we focus on the performance and functionality gaps in your existing systems and ensure that we design a solution to address these gaps and issues.

  • Definition  - DSG handles your basic Salesforce or NetSuite implementation, loads it with a subset of your data and then works with select users to review and tune functionality and workflow and also focus on usability issues to ensure that this does not become an obstacle to adoption once the system goes live.

  • Deployment - to achieve a successful Go Live, all the key functional, workflow and usability changes identified in the workshops have to be configured into the production system; final data conversion and integration with other systems has to be done and end-to-end systems testing has to be successfully completed.
